Meet Gwen: About

My connections began in Winnipeg.  I moved to Toronto in 1996 to study speech language pathology at the University of Toronto.  I spent the first half of my career treating individuals with diverse voice disorders in the voice clinic at St. Michael's Hospital.

The rich relationship between our voice and emotions led me to become a psychotherapist. My training in gestalt therapy included intense personal work that changed my life.  My emotions and inner voice are my best teachers when I choose to listen!

I continue my professional development in the areas somatic therapy, internal family systems, polyvagal theory, and expressive arts.

In a nutshell,  I am a down to earth therapist who will meet you where you are.  Together we will create a safe and supportive space for you to heal and grow.
