We are all born with a unique voice.

We freely wail our way into this world.

As we grow we may develop a fearful, anxious or critical inner voice. We may stop listening to our bodies.

Our outer voice may become strained, fatigued, weak or injured for many reasons.

When we reconnect to our true voice, we begin to thrive.

What would you love for yourself? How has your voice changed ?    Are you ready to rediscover and embrace your voice?

If so, I'll help you reconnect with your voice from the inside out so that you can heal your past and expand into your future.

From breathwork to EMDR, our work together will empower your physical and emotional voice.

Clients may work with me for psychotherapy, voice therapy or both.

As a registered health professional, psychotherapy and voice therapy services are covered by most benefit plans.  Check with your benefits provider for details of your coverage.

IT IS THE DYNAMIC EXPRESSION OF LIFE”

About me

As a registered speech language pathologist, I fell in love with the art and science of voice therapy. I love supporting my clients with holistic, evidence based voice therapy and respiratory retraining.

The powerful relationship between the voice and emotions inspired me to become a registered psychotherapist. It is my privilege to help clients heal and empower themselves to life a life they love.

I also have a passion for health care workers and mental health.

To support our own health, I created the The Health Care Huddle.

This is a community where all healthcare workers are supported, strengthened and celebrated.

Outside of work, I love making plant based meals, exercising with friends, and traveling with my partner and our dog.
