STEP ONE: GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER New clients begin with a phone call to ensure that we are a good fit together.
STEP TWO: ESTABLISHING A FOUNDATION We'll perform an assessment that includes a detailed history, education, and explanation of my approach and techniques.
STEP THREE: RESULTS We will co-create the therapy approach that is best for you to get the results you want.
