Gwen Merrick

Gwen Merrick, Reg. CASLPO, RP, brings a unique blend of expertise as both a speech language pathologist and registered psychotherapist. Her career began in speech language pathology, focusing on brain injury rehabilitation, acute care, and voice and swallowing disorders. Fascinated by the intricate relationship between voice and emotions, Gwen trained as a psychotherapist.

Gwen has a thriving private practice in Toronto offering both psychotherapy and voice therapy services. Her approach is deeply client-centered, creating safer, supportive spaces for healing, self-expression, and exploration of human experiences.

With her unique blend of voice therapy expertise and psychotherapy, Gwen is proud to be a leader in trauma informed speech language pathology.
